Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ba33 platform via the website, mobile app, or any related service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ba33 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ba33 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ba33's services. This platform is intended solely for users who are legally eligible in their respective locations.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ba33. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ba33 reserves the right to reject or close any account found to be using false information, impersonating another person, or breaching any registration requirement.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your authorisation.

User Responsibilities

Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.
Not attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt ba33's systems.
Not using automated software, bots, or agents to access or operate the platform.
Comply with all game rules set for each product category.
Reporting any technical issues or suspicious transactions to the ba33 support team promptly.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the ba33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are solely owned by them. ba33 does not accept third-party deposits made on behalf of other users.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Ba33 accepts deposits via FPX (Internet Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local payment methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and can be reviewed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, or as otherwise specified on the platform. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, and typically take between 24 to 48 business hours. ba33 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal identified as suspicious while an investigation is carried out.

Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error in transaction processing, ba33 reserves the right to correct the error, including cancelling or adjusting the affected account balance. Users must report any discrepancies in their account balance within 48 hours of the transaction.

Account Policy – Suspension & Closure

Ba33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, multi-account usage, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or other users.

Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or match manipulation.
Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses or promotions.
Violating any established game rules.
Failing to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests within the stipulated timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a violation, ba33 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the funds in that account, depending on the severity of the breach. Users whose accounts are closed at their own request may apply for a withdrawal of their remaining balance, subject to the applicable conditions.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Ba33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. ba33's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ba33 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the property of ba33 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content without prior written consent from ba33.

Third-Party Links

The ba33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that ba33 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party website they visit.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Amendments to Terms

Ba33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts for resolution.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
